Mapifyer (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides software tools that help agencies manage Google Business Profiles at scale. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using Mapifyer, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

A. Account Information

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Business name
  • Billing information

B. Google Account Data (via OAuth Authorization)

When you connect your Google account, we access certain Google Business Profile data strictly through Google’s official OAuth 2.0 authorization process. We may access:

  • Business Profile location data
  • Reviews and review metadata
  • Business performance metrics
  • Account-level profile information

We only access data that users explicitly authorize. We do not access Google account passwords.

3. How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used solely to:

  • Display Business Profile information inside Mapifyer
  • Generate AI-assisted review responses
  • Provide reporting and analytics
  • Enable profile management features
  • Improve automation workflows

We do NOT:

  • Sell Google user data
  • Share Google user data with third parties for advertising
  • Use Google data for unrelated purposes
  • Transfer Google data outside of permitted use

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

We implement reasonable technical safeguards including:

  • Encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Secure cloud infrastructure
  • Restricted internal access
  • Encrypted storage of OAuth tokens
  • Role-based access control

OAuth tokens are stored securely and may be revoked by the user at any time.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide services
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes

Users may request deletion at any time (see Data Deletion Policy).

6. Third-Party Services

We may use:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Analytics tools

These providers only process data as necessary to perform services.
